1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Castle Home Inspection's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Castle Home Inspection provides residential and commercial property inspection services, including but not limited to:

• Residential Home Inspections
• Commercial Property Inspections
• Radon Testing
• Sewer Scope Inspections
• Air Quality & Mold Testing

All inspections are performed in accordance with the Standards of Practice established by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and applicable state regulations.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Inspections must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule inspections due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Inspection Reports

Inspection reports are provided for the exclusive use of the client who contracted for the inspection. Reports are based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of inspection. Our inspections are not technically exhaustive and do not include areas that are concealed or inaccessible.

5. Limitations of Liability

Castle Home Inspection's liability is limited to the fee paid for the inspection service. We are not liable for any conditions that were not visible or accessible at the time of inspection, or for any repairs, replacements, or corrective actions that may be needed.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of inspection unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Castle Home Inspection and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
