Who We're Looking For
We're looking for people who represent our company well, communicate clearly, and genuinely care about helping clients through an important part of the home-buying process. A home inspector license is a major advantage for field roles, but just as important to us is personality, professionalism, and the ability to work well with others.

We're HiringWe're looking for full-time candidates who can represent Castle Home Inspection with professionalism, strong communication, and a service-minded attitude. We welcome applicants from a range of experience levels, and we will determine the best fit within our organization based on each candidate's background, personality, and skillset. An Illinois home inspector license is a major plus.
Realtor Engagement & Events Manager
We're HiringCastle wins when agents treat our Naperville HQ as a useful destination — and when those relationships turn into bookings. This role owns hosting, events, and brokerage relationships across Chicagoland, with a clear path to grow the book of business you bring in.
We're looking for a rainmaker: someone who builds relationships, fills rooms, follows up hard, and converts engagement into first-time bookings and repeat referrals. Not traditional door-to-door outside sales — relationship-driven growth centered on Castle HQ and the agent community.
What you'll own
- Host useful events at Castle HQ (at least one strong event per month) and keep a rolling 6-month calendar
- Visit brokerages and teams across Chicagoland (~6–8 visits per month)
- Follow up with every attendee list within 48 hours
- Grow first-time agent bookings and repeat referral relationships
- Keep a clean trail in our CRM / scheduling systems so your wins are credited correctly
- Share a simple monthly update: activity, results, what's working, what's next
Compensation
Base pay + unlimited commission on documented first Castle bookings you generate from agents. If you bring the relationship and the booking is tied to you in our systems, you get paid — no caps. Commission follows clean documentation, not vague “I influenced that” claims.

- A relationship-driven rainmaker who likes hosting, networking, and closing the loop
- Comfortable owning a calendar, guest lists, follow-up, and brokerage visits
- Organized enough that your wins are easy to prove and pay
- Local real estate knowledge is helpful, not required
