How did you get into real estate?
I used to be a loan officer and then started flipping and holding rentals. Bought and sold over 450 properties for myself and partners. Found I like working with people more than contractors/spreadsheets and wanted to provide the customer service people want and deserve.
What sets you apart from other realtors?
I have a great team to surround a person and make their buy and/or sell the best it can be. From attorneys, Loan officers, contractors, and a great home inspector we don’t let anyone drop the ball. I am very hands on and love to teach people how the whole process works and stay involved every step of the way. I am very accessible and only a text or call away. I also have access to many off market properties that are not on the internet. With the supply of homes so low this is important and have helped many buyers find a home that never hits the public market.
What is something that has surprised you in the Chicago market during COVID?
How many people are moving out of the big city and into the small communities and southwest suburbs. It also seems with more people working from home that they have more time to shop for a house.
What advice would you give to prospective home buyers?
Aside from always get a home inspection, lol… Enjoy the process! It can actually be a lot of fun buying a house.
You’re only allowed one food for the rest of your life…what is it?
Bacon!
